We provide software and a technology platform for sports facilities and academies — including facility management, bookings, and online payments. Independent facilities use our platform to run their operations and accept bookings and payments from their own customers.

This website provides information about our products and lets you request a demo or join a waitlist. You agree to provide accurate details and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the site.

Where a customer books or pays for a service through a facility on our platform, that service is provided by the independent facility, not by AthElite. We provide the technology and facilitate the payment; the facility is responsible for the service it delivers.

Payments made through the platform are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. Prices and fees are as agreed with you or shown at the time of purchase, and applicable taxes (including GST) are charged as required by law.

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The AthElite platform, software, content, and brand are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

The website and services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
