Why we collect it
Solely to assess your application for the role you applied for, and to contact you about it. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Who can see it
Only the people at AthElite reviewing applications. Your résumé is stored privately with access controls — it is never given a public link and is only ever viewed through an authenticated internal tool.
How long we keep it, and your choice
We keep your application for the hiring process and a reasonable period after, then remove it. You can ask us to delete your application and résumé at any time — email info@athelite.tech and we will erase it.
